Steak Oyster Mushroom
Ingredients:
- 350g oyster mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves whole garlic
Instructions:
- In a refrigerator bag, combine olive oil, paprika, cumin, sumac, ginger, salt, and black pepper. Then add the oyster mushrooms and thoroughly mix the ingredients. Ensure the mushrooms are evenly coated with this mixture. Close the refrigerator bag and let the ingredients meld together for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat butter in a wide skillet. Add two whole cloves of garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, infusing the butter with their flavor.
- Place the oyster mushrooms, which have been blended with the spices, into the skillet. Sear both sides for about 2 minutes each until they achieve a splendid golden brown hue. As the mushrooms sizzle, their delectable aromas will unfold.
- Once the mushrooms release their moisture, remove the skillet from heat.
- Transfer the mushrooms to a side dish. At this stage, add a bit of water to the skillet to create a sauce, and heat it through.
